This means that leadbay is the Data Processor for such Personal Data processed on the Customer’s behalf and under its instructions.

Leadbay will process Customer Personal Data to provide the Platform and other limited purposes as outlined in this section below. In those limited purposes, leadbay is responsible for processing your Personal Data and is the Data Controller.

“Internal Development” means when leadbay improves and better develops the Platform including testing, research, reporting, benchmarking, machine learning, performance analyses, predictions and trend analysis in order to support our business decision-making, to analyze our Customers’ engagement with our Platform,, to assess the quality of our Platform and to consider our Customers’ feedback and needs. For our Internal Development, we process de-identified and aggregated data to the extent possible. We may process all of the above Personal Data to comply with our various legal obligations (“Legal Obligations”). Our Legal Obligations include:

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Google: We access your Google User Data only to facilitate and enhance the functions of our application. Specifically, we synchronize your Google Docs, Google Slides, pdfs, and plain text files (files with the “.txt” extension) that are within the folders you select when connecting your Google Drive account to leadbay. You can change this selection at any time or request us to delete all your data.

The sole purpose of this data is to allow you to use your Google User Data on the leadbay Platform. leadbay will not use this data for any other purpose like advertising or marketing.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
